1.We strictly control the quality of the raw materials,we ask suppliers to offer test reports.Many components are imported from Siemens,Schneider,Fuji etc.
2.We re-examine the product itself and its design to improve the quality and save resource.
3.After receiving an order,firstly our technician will make the technical parameter according to the needs of customers.
4.We conduct a series of inspection activities in various steps of production,such as job exchange inspections,inspection and acceptance etc.If there are any problems,we will check periodically and solve it.
5.After finishing the production,our workers and technical will inspect the machine together,until the machine is perfect to perform.
6.We also could assign engineers to help customers install and adjust the machines.
7.Our company offers professional training to our employees periodically so as to help them form the consciousness of quality control and be more and more professional.
